The Inspiration Behind the Song
This last week I pulled out my ukulele and started playing while my daughter was stomping around. Shortly after, I felt inspired to write what would become a “Storm” song with movements and sounds my daughter would enjoy making.
Simple Design for Maximum Fun
The song is designed with simplicity in mind. With one or more kiddos singing and/or playing along, you can pause to do the motions and sounds together. If you’re comfortable, grab any string instrument and simply play the chord of C, pausing during motion sections to interact and move.
How to Join In
